Community Services Analysis LLC (CSACO) is a leading provider of Social Economic Impact and Return on Investment analysis services in the United States. We are the initial organization in the U.S. to be a member of the Social Value International (the international standards, accreditation, and assurance organization), and a founding member of the Social Value United States national affiliate group. CSACO is also a full member of and the American Evaluation Association. Since 2007, we have completed more than 220 SROI reports nationwide, including many Legal Aid agencies and statewide associations. Based on the internationally standardized Social Return on Investment methodology developed by Social Value International, the National Legal Aid & Defender Association – following an extensive review of alternative suppliers and peer review examinations by NLADA personnel and outside parties – selected CSACO as it national partner to bring the benefits of a SROI report to Legal Aid organizations. CSACO has also been selected as the national partner for the National Family Support Network.
