Kelly Carmody, of Carmody and Associates, provides consulting services to organizations to improve their operations and impact. She assists LSC-funded organizations with the evaluations of their TIG and PBIF grants. Other services include strategic planning, management coaching/assistance, program evaluation, staff and pro bono delivery system improvement, process/organizational analysis and improvement, and needs assessments. Kelly, who has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, works primarily with civil legal aid staff and pro bono organizations, their funders and other supporters.
