Andrea K. Rufo is an attorney for Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc’s, Crime Victims' Rights Project. Her practice focuses on working with victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse to preserve their rights as victims and to protect their privacy interests, especially as to confidential medical, school, and other protected records. She previously worked as an assistant public defender for the State of Wisconsin for 10 years. She received her law degree from Emory University School of Law and a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies from Ohio State University.
