Kathleen C. McGarvey is the executive director of the Ohio State Legal Services Association, which includes the Legal Aid Society of Columbus (LASC), Southeastern Ohio Legal Services, and the Ohio Poverty Law Center. Previously, she was the director of LASC as well as the managing attorney for the health and benefits team. She was also a staff attorney and project director for the Health Consumer Alliance with the National Health Law Program. Ms. McGarvey is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law and earned her B.A. from Ohio University.
