Mark Watts is a fiscal compliance analyst within the Legal Services Corporation’s (LSC) Office of Compliance and Enforcement (OCE). He provides LSC grantees with compliance-related advice and conducts evaluations of LSC grantees in assessing compliance risks. He also played a major role in the drafting of Program Letter 10-2 on Embezzlement, Fraud, and Critical Importance of Effective Internal Control. He joined OCE in 2009 and has more than 35 years of experience working in accounting and finance with both for profit and nonprofit entities while holding several managerial positions. Mr. Watts is a graduate of Morgan State University.
